1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the corporate advisory services offered by Misforgiven (hereinafter, "the Company"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Misforgiven provides specialized services in reputational risk management, commercial mediation, executive training in contractual dispute resolution, internal compliance auditing, and asset protection against operational contingencies. Services are provided under specific agreements detailing the scope, duration, and fees.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide truthful and complete information necessary for the provision of services.
• Comply with the payment deadlines agreed upon in the service contract.
• Not use the reports or recommendations for purposes other than those agreed upon.
• Maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the advisory.

4. Intellectual Property

All material provided during the advisory, including reports, methodologies, and working documents, is the exclusive property of Misforgiven. The client receives a limited use license for internal purposes only, without the right to unauthorized distribution or reproduction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Misforgiven shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services, including financial losses or loss of business opportunities. The maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the last six months. Recommendations do not constitute a guarantee of specific results.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the contractual relationship, unless required by law or competent authority. This obligation survives even after the relationship ends.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. In the event of a material breach, the affected party may terminate the agreement immediately. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

8. Modifications

Misforgiven reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified 15 days in advance via the registered email address. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the modifications.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo, waiving any other jurisdiction.
